YouTube has been deactivated on the Fire TV earlier

4 days before it was planned to be switched off, YouTube has been deactivated on Fire TV units, based on Rapidly Company. A screenshot acquired by the publication reveals Amazon redirecting customers looking for the video system to their Cotton browser (or Firefox when you yourself have it installed) to be able to accessibility YouTube.
YouTube actually claimed it was not going to get rid of the app until January 1st, 2018, but it's cloudy if it was Amazon or Bing who eliminated the app from the streaming box. In a record to The Verge, Amazon didn't date=june 2011 if it taken YouTube down the Fire TV early. “YouTube and millions of other websites are accessible by using a web browser like Firefox or Silk on Fire TV,” an Amazon spokesperson said.

Two weeks ago, Google said: the companies were in “productive talks” but at this point it looks like those talks may not have gone as planned.
