How many devices are connected to your WiFi network?
Interested how many devices are connected to a public network? Is there a stranger spying on your private network? Now you can find out with this awesome app! Moreover, you don't need root to find out!
There are already many apps out there that shows how many people are connected to a network but these apps mostly require root access. This app, however, does not!
It's calledd WiFi Watch and it does one simple job. This app searches all the connected device (including wired connection), shows their manufacturer, MAC adress and IP adress.
Also, if the router supports this feature, the list will also show the devices that are not using the net right now but used it in the past. Pretty useful feature, uh?
As mentioned, WiFi Watch does not require root and is available for free on Google Play Store.

Memory Locker - Lock Apps In Memory And Prevent Them From Auto-Killing
Every running app uses RAM and burdens the system. To prevent from slowing the system down and make it usable, there is something like auto-killer that literally kills the running app if needed (other words, when the memory is running down) and that may be sometimes not-helpful. Unfortunately, stock Android ROM doesn't offer us to lock apps in memory and prevent them from this auto-kill but this one app does - Memory Locker.
You know dat feel:
Playing a game, suddenly a friend texts, you minimaze the game to see what's happening, reply to friend and return to the game. And you realize your game re-opens again..All your progress...record...all again...
Not anymore.
Memory Locker works simple, easy. You choose which apps you want to lock to prevent them from killing (you can also choose system apps, of course), and the app does everything for you. And yes, root is needed.
App costs only 1.5$ and if you don't like it, you can refund it and get your money back. Money back guaranteed, as the author says.

[APK] Get "Moonshine" Icons From The Leaked Screenshots
If you read fresh Android news, you have probably heard of the new icons called Moonshine. Though it's just a rumor, it's very probable that these icons are going to be used in next version of Android and/or in web sites such as Gmail, Google Drive and others. Android Police server has provided us the screenshots with these icons and as you might expect, these icons have been ported (according to this screenshot) and they're now available for download!
If you haven't heard about these icons yet, you should definitely check them out:
As you can see on the screenshots above, the icons are nicely redefined and have a nice look. If you look closer, you can see the shadow of the icons (that's probably why it's called Moonshine) and I wouldn't mind them if they appear in the new Android version.
According to these screenshots, a smart Android user Pablo Poll has make a port with these icons coming in the apk file and it's working on any launcher that supports this feature (to change the icons).
I find them very cool and nice and if you want, you can download by clicking the link below:

[APK] Samsung Galaxy S5 Weather Widget - Ported!
It looks like the porting mania has just started and the apps from the new Samsung flagship are getting ported even though this phone hasn't fully reached the market yet. This time it's the very favourite weather widget - fully working, with animation, clock and all the stuff. Now you can also get it on your device!
First of all, this widget (unfortunately) works only on TouchWiz based ROMs so don't attempt to install it on your non-touchwiz device. (It may work on deodexed ROMs, though). Don't forget to make a backup before doing any of this stuff.

Knock Lock - Lock Your Phone By Tapping On The Display
The new LG's flagship G2 has revealed some new features to the world, for instance: tap2wake function, which enables the device's display by just tapping on it. It's fast, easy and simple. Now, there's a new function that's also as handy as the tap2wake function. It's called knock2sleep and as you might expect, it locks the device by tapping on its display. And how does it work? Meet the Knock Lock.
Knock Lock is a very handy and useful app (also lightweight) that does one simple thing to your device. Turns it off. The elegant way. As mentioned before, it enables the "knock to sleep" function, which turns off the display whenever you double-knock your display.
Don't worry, the "knocking point" is very small and also can be set. All you need to do is to enable the app as an administrator of the device, set the knocking point (or leave it as it is) and you're done.
No root access needed.
You can see the letter K above on the first image. That's the knocking point. In default, it's up there in the status bar. The bad thing is, wherever your knocking point is, the display will not work. Well, it will work, but it won't be functional and accessable to other apps.
Either way, it's well-designed, nice, simple and lightweight app and it's free! And it definitely worths a shot:

Reduce Graphics And Play ANY Game Without Lags With GLTools
You've probably experienced that pain called lag at least once in your life. It hurts. Especially when playing a game. But what if I told you that you can easily reduce the resolution of that game, or even fake GPU info and play ANY game you want without lags! Isn't that amazing? Check this awesome app.
It's called GLTools and it's from an XDA member called n0n3m4. What it basically do, is that it changes the overall graphics (and resolution) of any game and makes it playable even if your device has not enough performance to run it!
You can decompress/recompress the textures, optimize shaders, or enable MSAA or CSAA to improve graphics! It even comes with an FPS counter so you can check the smoothness on any app you want.
Does the app say that your phone isn't compatible? Fake the GPU info and fix the problem in a jiffy!
All you need to do is to download the app and install the plugins.

MIUI, as the vast majority of you already know, is a freeware ROM available on the miui.us site and it's also one of the most popular ROMs ever created. The good thing is, we have a full port of the complete MIUI launcher with working apps, wallpapers, market and just everything!

If you want to customize your MIUI Launcher, you can - using Themes: as in the original MIUI, you can install any theme you like including wallpapers, icons, lockscreens or full setups (like the iPhone setup, for instance).
The whole thing can be downloaded for free on the official site: Download
Be sure to have Android 4 and higher, 1GB or RAM at least, and 80MB of free storage.

Chrome Tweaks - How To Fix Lags And Increase Performance On Android
Google Chrome for Android isn't what it used to be. It's now much more customizable and offers much more options especially for developers and people who like to try out new stuff. If you experience lags on your device, there's always an easy way to fix this problem in developer settings of Google Chrome.
In the few last updates, there have been added some extra features accessable via chrome://flags adress.
This experimental feature is available either on Android phones, but also on PC's.
These fuctions are very experimental, and may damage your browser badly if you don't know what you're doing. Therefore, don't enable function you don't understand. If you want to get the experimental (but stable) version of Google Chrome, head over Google Play Market and download Chrome Beta.
But not all of them cause problems, though. Some of them may actually boost your Chrome browser and reduce lags. To do so, simply follow these instructions:
If you can't enable this function, don't be sad, there are plenty of more useful features such as accelerated scrolling, which makes the scrolling much smoother.

- Set it to 512
- Restart your browser.
Basically, this simple step changes the RAM usage for the chrome (512MB) and therefore all the data, pages and stuff are stored to your RAM. This however, can cause problems if your phone has a low-sized RAM (do not enable this if your phone has 512MB of RAM or you have no free ram available on your device).
If you can't enable this function, don't be sad, there are plenty of more useful features such as accelerated scrolling, which makes the scrolling much smoother.
